First constituency candidate for the December 2012 of National Assembly elections Advisor Khalid Al-Besharah said that the upcoming elections are a determiner of the near history of the country. Speaking to KUNA, on Saturday, Al-Besharah noted that the result of the elections would create more cooperation and open more dialogue in line with the constitution. He stressed that the single-vote system was a correctional measure to embrace many candidates who represent different segments of the community. The new voting system also allows more cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities to push the country\'s development plan forward. \"Reform was the main reason for me to engage in the elections,\" Al-Besharah noted. He urged Kuwaiti citizens to cast their votes if they wanted change and positive future for their country.
