
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in which the two leaders discussed the recent developments in Syria.
Officials in the Turkish President's Office said the two leaders also discussed the ongoing investigation into the assassination of Russian Ambassador to Ankara, Andrey Karlov.
