Turkey will fight terrorism "right to the end," President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Sunday following twin blasts in Istanbul that killed 38 people.
"My country and my people can rest assured: that we will fight the scourge of terrorism right to the end. We will not leave (the attacks) go unpunished. They (the attackers) will pay a heavy price," he told a news conference in Istanbul.
