EU aides to hold talks on situation in Lebanon

Aides of EU ambassadors in Beirut will hold a meeting at the headquarters of the European Union delegation Thursday to discuss the recent developments in Lebanon, the Central News Agency said Tuesday. The meeting will be held by ambassadors’ aides as most EU countries’ ambassadors are outside the country. “The meeting will mainly focus on how to ensure a safe passage for all European citizens who want to return home from Syria through Lebanon,” the agency added.
