The European Parliament has strongly condemned the spate of deadly terror blasts which hit Bahrain last Monday, leaving two residents dead, while a third sustained serious injuries. In a joint statement, the chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs Elmar Brok, the chair of the subcommittee on Human Rights Barbara Lochbihler and the chair of the Delegation for Relations with the Arab Peninsula Angelika Niebler condemned the recent fatal bomb attacks in Bahrain, dismissing any justification whatsoever for such outrageous acts. They extended their deepest condolences to the grieving victims’ families, wishing the injured a quick and full recovery. They also called on all parties to engage in a constructive dialogue and address their differences peacefully.
