Family of Egypt\'s ousted president vows legal action against \'kidnapping\'

A son of ousted Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi said Monday that his family would seek legal action against the kidnapping and detaining of his father, state-run al- Ahram online reported. Usama, the deposed president\'s son, said the last time his family was able to get in contact with Morsi was July 3, and that they would resort to the International Criminal Court and rights groups to investigate Morsi\'s abduction. Morsi was ousted by the army on July 3 in response to millions of protesters who took to the streets and public squares across the country to demand his removal due to his maladministration.
