Faysal Karami: To speed up all embracing cabinet formation

 Caretaker Youth and Sports Minister, Faysal Karami, stressed "the need to speed up the formation of an all-embracing political Cabinet."He said that negotiations were ongoing to reach a Cabinet which would include all the political forces.Karami's remarks came during a lunch banquet on the occasion of Prophet Mohamad's anniversary in Tripoli, in the presence of dignitaries. He confirmed that this Cabinet would ease provocative speech and hinder strife schemes.On another note, the minister did not rule out the occurrence of vacuum in the Presidency post, "as we are unable to implement the Constitution."Karami criticized the Lebanese politicians and accused them of receiving instructions from foreign states.
