Chairman of the Egyptian Supreme Council of the Armed Forces Field Marshal Mohamed Hussein Tantawi conferred here on Wednesday with David Dreyer , the Chairman of the Democratic partnership Committee at the US Congress and a number of members of the U.S. House of Representatives, who are currently visiting Egypt.
