French Prime Minister Francois Fillion on Friday will head to Moscow to take part in the 16th French-Russian annual meeting aimed at enhancing the vital joint ties between the two countries. He is scheduled to reassure Russian officials that the 17-country eurozone is moving to reduce crippling government debts before those debts break apart the monetary union and plunge the world into a new recession. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has expressed concern over the euro zone stability, reaffirming his country''s readiness to cooperate in resolving the euro crisis through the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
