
Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi on Wednesday received a copy of credentials of Carola Miller as ambassador of the friendly Federal Republic of Germany to Yemen. During his meeting with the new ambassador, al-Qirbi pointed to the distinct relations between Yemen and Germany, confirming the importance of strengthening and developing between the two countries. He noted that his ministry would make all efforts to facilitate the tasks of the ambassador. For her part, the German ambassador voiced delight of her work in Yemen, confirming her country’s commitment to support the transitional phase being experienced by the country and the success of the national dialogue conference.
