Pakistani Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar on Thursday said that US would be responsible if Pakistan failed in war against terror. She made the statement while giving a briefing to the Parliamentary Committee on National Security. She told the committee that the US Senate has stopped $700 million aid to Pakistan. \'We are talking to other countries for the release of US aid.\' \'Relations with US are on hold and would proceed further if Parliament allows. Pakistan has two written agreements regarding allies forces in Afghanistan, one is about NATO supply line and the other is about Ministry of Defence,\' she added. The minister noted that Defence Committee has clearly stated that relations with US, ISAF and NATO would be reviewed. The US Secretary of State had said that relationship with Pakistan is difficult but important. In an interview with western media Hillary Clinton said that relationship with Pakistan is important with respect to our work in Afghanistan. Hillary said it’s a difficult relationship. It has been for many, many years. \'You can go back and trace the difficulties that our country has encountered. We’ve gone through periods of closeness and periods of distance.\'
