"We have arrested a network of spies who entered the country while disguised as NGO workers," Puntland Security Minister Khalif Isse Mudan said in a statement released on Monday. After a long-time pursuit, the two men were caught "doing something different to what they claimed to be doing," Security Minister said, adding they were being held in Puntland's main city of Garowe on Thursday for further investigation.
