Friends of Syria’s 4th meeting to be held in Marrakech

The 4th ministerial meeting for the Friends of Syria group will take place in Marrakech on December 12, a Moroccan foreign ministry statement said on Tuesday. The meeting comes on the heels of previous meetings in Tunis, Istanbul and Paris, and will discuss the latest developments in the Syrian crisis, and means of enhancing political transition, in addition to providing humanitarian relief aids that alleviate the suffering of the Syrian people, according to the statement Members of the newly-formed Syrian National Coalition will attend the meeting as well as representatives of international and regional organizations, and civil society.
