FVP and Prime Minister Briefed on outcomes of joint Sudan-Chad Committee

The First Vice-President and National Prime Minister, General, Bakri Hassan Saleh was briefed, Monday, on the outcomes of the activities of the joint Sudanese Chadian committee and the recent visit to Sudan of Chadian Minister of Infrastructure.
Minister of Transport, Roads and Bridges, Engineer, Makkawi Mohammed Awad said in press statements that the meeting discussed linking of the two countries by roads and railways network .
Meanwhile, the Chadian official said the two sides also discussed means for using Ports Sudan Harbor by Chad and the challenges facing the borders trade in the context of implementation of the directives issued by President Al-Basher and Deby concerning trade exchange .
