Unidentified attackers blew up a Syrian gas pipeline in the eastern province of Hasakeh on Wednesday, a monitoring group said. \"Unidentified armed men blew up a gas pipeline linking the city of Hasakeh with (the coastal city of) Banias,\" said the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. The Britain-based watchdog said the attack was in the village of Bir Joueis. There have been multiple attacks on Syria\'s oil and gas pipelines since the outbreak of conflict in March last year.
