GCC to hold nuclear accidents drills in Riyadh December 8

The GCC Secretariat said Tuesday will implement, in Riyadh next week, the 3rd phase of a field training plan on how to deal with nuclear accidents. The December 8-12 training plan will include more than 200 specialists from the Gulf Cooperation Council, 15 Canadian experts and experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The training plan, the Secretariat said in a statement, would include lectures and drills on how to deal with nuclear and radioactive accidents.
