Gharbiya security chief inspects checkpoints with Morsi trial looming

Gharbiya Security Director Major General Hatem Othman on Monday inspected the fixed checkpoints set up near governmental facilities and vital installations as the trial session of deposed president Mohammad Morsi is expected to start soon at the Police Academy in New Cairo. In statements on Monday, the security chief said "We will not allow any transgressions by the outlaws or supporters of the deposed president during the trial proceedings. Any attempt for stirring up riots, violence or breach of citizens security will be handled firmly" He also asserted that police directorate operation room is working round the hour to receive any reports about violence.
