
Members of the Rabia Platform, named after Rabia al-Adawiya Square in Egypt, and non- governmental organizations will hold global protests against Egypt\'s July 3 military coup, on October 11, when the military coup enters the 100th day. Pro-democracy supporters are still making their voices heard with protests as Egypt\'s July 3 coup will enter the100th day. Ever since the military coup overthrew former Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi on July 3, anti-coup protesters have been staging demonstrations. Coordinator of the Rabia Platform Cihangir Isbilir told AA that the current government in Egypt continues massacres referring to last Sunday\'s protests in which at least 50 peopled were killed. \"We strongly curse this massacre and we are stunned that the world remains silent to this massacre,\" Isbilir said. He noted that they were getting ready to hold global protests along with several NGOs. The young will march against the coup, he said calling for support and participation in the demonstrations. The Rabia platform takes its name from the Rabia al-Adawiyya Square in Egypt, home to anti-coup sit-ins that were dispersed by the Egyptian military\'s crackdown on August 14.
