Gospel singer Marvin Sapp had alleged Teleka Patrick, a Michigan doctor, was stalking him prior to her disappearance last month, court documents show. Gospel artist Marvin Sapp had gone to court in September seeking a protective order against Patrick, 30, who has been missing since failing to show up for work as a first-year psychiatry resident in Kalamazoo on Dec. 6, CNN reported Saturday. Patrick's car was found in a ditch in Indiana. Sapp, who has multiple Grammy nominations, said in his court filing that Patrick had considered him her husband, had moved from California to Michigan, joined his church, contacted his children and had been to his home. "I have at least 400 pages of correspondence from her which I have never responded," he stated in his complaint. Videos posted on YouTube in November show Patrick singing and talking in a romantic manner to an unidentified person. "Hi, baby," Patrick says in one. "I am just coming to you to say 'hi' and tell you about my day." In another video, Patrick displays a table set for two with omelets and pancakes. "If you were here, this is what would be your plate," she says. A third video posted last month had no audio. Investigators have said they had no evidence of foul play, but her family fears she is in danger. "It is the worst nightmare," her mother, Irene Patrick of Florida, said. "I really want this nightmare to be over."
