Gulf air resumes commercial flights to Iraq

Iraq’s Transport Ministry announced the resumption of Bahrain-based Gulf Air commercial flights to Iraq as of Saturday. The ministry said in a statement today that the company will resume flights as of next Saturday to International airports in Baghdad, Basra, Najaf and Erbil . The statement pointed out that the flights resumption was based on a memorandum of understanding signed between the civil aviation authorities of the two countries on the eighth of July.
