Former Prime Minister, Saad Hariri, met Saturday evening at his residence in Paris with Deputy, Sami Gemayel, where they boarded the general situation in Lebanon and the region, especially the forthcoming electoral law issue- as per a statement by Hariri's Media Bureau. Hariri and Gemayel broached the various proposed electoral projects by all political sides and viewpoints regarding these projects. "There was agreement on the need for continued discussions and consultations between the various sides of "March 14" and the remaining political forces, to reach a draft electoral law that takes into account the concerns of all sides, without exception, and secures proper representation for all," statement said. "This comes in the framework of the continuation of strong alliance among all components of March 14 forces, to proceed with its march in preserving Lebanon's sovereignty, independence and integrity... as well as national coexistence formula among all the Lebanese and the consecration of exclusive state reference," statement concluded.
