His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has sent a cable of condolences to Afghanistan President, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, over the victims of the terrorist attack that targeted a cultural centre in Kabul, killing and injuring dozens.

HRH Premier prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest the souls of the victims inn eternal peace, and bless the wounded with quick recovery.
