Heads of human rights' government agencies at the GCC will conduct their 4th meeting at the headquarters of the GCC General Secretariat in Riyadh on Sunday. The two-day meeting will discuss issues on its agenda concerning human rights including the Ministerial Council decree from its 123rd session which took place in Jeddah last June. It will also discuss the Sultanate of Oman's suggestion on an introductory course on international law and refugees, as well as those of the General Secretariat (Human Rights Office) on feeds to be posted on social networking website Twitter in addition to reports for distribution in member states. The GCC is comprised of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
