India has rejected Pakistan's invitation for foreign secretary-level talks on Jammu and Kashmir, asserting that terror remains the core issue that needs to be discussed, NDTV reported Wednesday.
India's envoy in Islamabad visited Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs this morning to hand over a letter turning down Pakistan's proposal.
New Delhi has made it clear that it will talk with Islamabad only on issues relevant to Indo-Pak relations.
