Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was scheduled to leave for New York Wednesday to attend the UN General Assembly session where India would push for reforms of the Security Council, reported the Press Trust of India Tuesday. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh\'s address to the UN General Assembly would articulate India\'s priorities on key areas of terrorism, Security Council reform, inclusive growth and poverty eradication, said the report. Singh will attend the UN General Assembly after a gap of two years since his last visit there in 2008. Briefing a group of Indian journalists in New York Monday, India\'s Permanent Representative to the UN Hardeep Singh Puri said India\'s priorities would be developmental concerns, eradication of poverty, Millennium Development Goals, inclusive growth and terrorism, according to local media reports.
