International islamic fiqh academy conference opens in Riyadh

Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Rector of Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University Dr. Suleiman bin Abdullah Aba Al-Khail opened here today the 21st session of the International Islamic Fiqh (Jurisprudence) Academy Conference. The seven-day conference will discuss a number of jurisprudence topics, including criminal responsibility, dialogue among followers of Islamic sects, genetic engineering and fighting between Muslims in the name of jihad.
