
Specialists from the Interstate Aviation Committee have finished work at the crash site of a Russian emergencies ministry’s Ilyushin Il-76 plane in the Siberian Irkuts region, TASS News Agency quoted Deputy Emergencies Minister Leonid Belyayev as saying on Sunday.
"Specialists from the Interstate Aviation Committee finished their work at the crash site. They recovered necessary instruments and left for Irkutsk. The Investigations Committee continues its work at the crash site," he said.
According to earlier reports, rescuers have found two flight recorders from the crashed plane. A source in the Interstate Aviation Committee told TASS the flight recorders will be decoded at the Committee’s laboratory in Moscow.
An emergencies ministry spokesman said non one from among the ten crew members is likely to survive.
