On Wednesday 23rd January, Israeli occupation forces arrested at dawn, the Palestinian Human rights defender, Hassan Karajeh, from Saffa village in Ramallah. The Lawyer, Muhannad Karajeh, said that Israeli forces raided the village at dawn, broke into the house of Hassan Yasser Karaja after they exploded its main door, searched it and rummaged with the contents. They also confiscated three computer devices belonged to the family before they arrested him. Several months ago, Israeli forces arrested Hassan\'s younger brother Muntaser Karajeh. According to Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association, Addameer, Hassan is a well-respected youth organizer, who works on prisoners issues and youth rights. He is a youth coordinator for the grassroots organization Stop the Wall and organizes tours for Palestinian youth to learn about their homeland. Hassan was engaged last month and is planning to have his wedding in June of this year. Hassan is from the Karajeh family in Saffa near Ramallah, who is constantly under attack by the IOF. His brother Muntasser is sentenced for ten months and his sister Sumoud was released in the 18 October 2011 prisoners exchange after spending 2 years of a 20 year sentence.
