A senior Majlis (Parliament) deputy said Tuesday that transparently pursuing Iran’s complaint with the Paris-based International Court of Arbitration against Russia will be a test for that body. Kazem Jalali, Rapporteur of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, told IRNA that the court\'s result will test its honesty and transparency. Jalali said he has over and again urged Russian officials to change their behaviors towards Iran. Iran has filed a complaint with the Paris-based International Court of Arbitration against Russia since it failed to fulfill its pledges on delivering S-300 missiles to the Islamic Republic.
