Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his Sudanese counterpart Omar Hassan al-Bashir here on Monday reviewed the latest international, regional and bilateral issues. Later in the day, the Iranian delegates are to hold talks with the top Sudanese officials in the presence of the two countries’ presidents. After participating in the 66th session of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly in New York and flying to Mauritania, Iran’s President arrived in Khartoum, Sudan, to pay a day-long visit. President Ahmadinejad is due to return home Monday afternoon.
