The second tripartite meeting of Iranian, Turkish and Azeri foreign ministers will be held in Nakhichevan on March 17. The meeting is aimed at reviewing ways to foster regional and trilateral cooperation, according to a statement released by the Turkish Foreign Ministry. The statement said Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is to hold separate talks with his Iranian and Azeri counterparts on the sidelines of the tripartite meeting. The first meeting of foreign ministers of the three countries was held in the northwestern Iranian province of West Azarbaijan on April 16, 2011.
