Israeli occupation authorities continue their closure of the Karem Abu Salem commercial crossing blocking goods, relief aid and fuel imports into the besieged Gaza Strip for three days now.Raed Fattouh, Head of the Coordinating Committee in charge of Entry of Goods into the besieged Gaza Strip, told the Palestinian News Agency (Together) that the Israeli side decided to shut down the crossing for the third day owing to purported security reasons.Israeli occupation forces closed the crossing last Sunday after rockets fired from Gaza Strip hit Israeli towns surrounding the Strip.The Karem Abu Salem is the only commercial crossing through which goods and fuel imports can come to Gaza. The crossing has been closed on Friday and Saturday each and every week. Israeli also frequently closes the crossing without any advance warning regardless of the needs of Gaza inhabitants
