
Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta will commence an official visit to Kuwait on February 4, the second in two years, to give a push to bilateral relations.In a press statement, the Prime Minister's Office announced that Letta was expected to hold talks during his visit to Kuwait with His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.The statement added that Prime Minister Letta will discuss with his Kuwaiti counterpart His Highness Sheikh Jaber increasing Kuwaiti investments in Italy, exploring investment opportunities in Kuwait and the latest international and regional developments of common concern.Letta visited Kuwait in November 2012. A second visit was planned in October 2013, but was adjourned due to local political developments.
