Japanese FM sends a message to Nabil Fahmy with special envoy

Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida sent a message to Egyptian Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmy with General Director for the Middle East and North Africa Affairs at the Japanese Foreign Ministry Makio Miyagawa who is considered the first Japanese envoy to visit Egypt since the June 30 Revolution, said a spokesman of the Foreign Ministry. The spokesman underlined historical relations between Egypt and Japan particularly cooperation in the fields of politics and economy, adding that consultations that will be held between the Japanese envoy and the Egyptian officials aim at enhancing ties between the two countries.
