Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh on Tuesday concluded a working visit to the Untied State where he held talks with a number of US officials including US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and National Security Advisor Thomas Donilon. Talks covered Jordanian-US ties and the latest developments in the Middle East, mainly the faltering peace process and efforts to push it forward. Judeh also reviewed with the US officials the Syrian crisis as well as the need to reach a political solution that puts an end to bloodshed and preserve Syria\'s unity and security. The foreign minister also discussed with the officials the situation of more than 240,000 Syrian refugees in the Kingdom, adding that Jordan is committed to providing the refugees will all needed services. The US officials hailed the role of His Majesty King Abdullah II and his efforts to bring abut peace and stability in the region.
