His Majesty King Abdullah II will pay a visit to Washington late this month for talks with the US President Barack Obama on bilateral ties and regional developments.The visit, which reflects the strong partnership between the two countries, comes within the continued coordination and consultation between the King and Obama on regional developments, especially the Syrian crisis and its humanitarian consequences.During the summit, scheduled on April 26, the two leaders will also discuss efforts exerted to realize peace, based on the two state solution, as well as His Majesty’s efforts to achieve comprehensive reform in Jordan.King Abdullah is also scheduled to meet US senior officials and congressional leaders.
