Judicial cooperation with Turkey discussed in Bahrain

Attorney-General Dr. Ali bin Fadhel Al-Buainain received here today his Turkish counterpart Hasan Erbil, currently on a visit to the Kingdom at the invitation of the Public Prosecution.He informed the Turkish Attorney-General about the Public Prosecution's work system, and the developments it has undergone, especially in field of investigation in which modern technology is used, including e-investigations and remote quizzing via means of communication.The changes, which represent a breakthrough in the field of judicial work, have contributed to overcoming many obstacles, fast-tracked investigations and eased the work of special courts, such as the Juvenile Public Prosecution in which the kingdom has a distinguished experience.The Turkish Attorney-General lauded the Public Prosecution's development and modernisation steps, which will enable it to cope with modern developments.They also discussed ways of strengthening cooperation in the judicial field through constant contacts and exchange of successful experiences.
