
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ali Ahmed Karti, has considered visit of the President of the Republic of South Sudan, Gen. Salva Kiir, to Khartoum Tuesday conducive to opening the door for new relations between Khartoum and Juba toward surpassing the obstacles facing the relations between the two countries. In a press statement at Khartoum Airport Tuesday Karti said\" We believe that the atmosphere is appropriate for enhancing the bilateral relations that President Salva Kiir has come with good will to hold talks with President Al-Bashir.
