King Abdullah II of Jordan met here on Monday with Chairman of the Saudi Shura Council Abdullah bin Mohammad Bin Ibrahim Al Al Sheikh who is currently visiting Jordan. King Abdullah stressed keenness to forge closer cooperation with Saudi Arabia for the common interest of both countries as well as Arab and Islamic issues. His Majesty highlighted opportunities available to enhance Jordanian-Saudi parliamentary and legislative cooperation, as well as the exchange of expertise.
