
The Special Representative of the UN General-Secretary in Iraq, Martin Kobler assured that the solution of the ongoing political crisis in Iraq must be solved by Iraqis , considering the role of the international organization in this context was limited in framework of providing advices. He admitted in an interview with the National Agency Iraqi News Nina /NINA / that the United Nations did not fully succeed to be a vital actor in converging the stands and views between different Iraqi political blocs. With regard to the human rights situation in Iraq, Kubler described this file as uncomfortable situation. He said: \"One of the major sources of concern is the number of victims almost daily in the street, stressing the duty of the government and politicians to create an atmosphere of safety, as for the situation in the prisons he said : \" this file also constitute on of major concern for us, because there is torture and violations inside Iraqi prisons, and the government is obliged to improve this situation \" .
