Minister for Public Works and Municipal Affairs Dr. Fadhel Safar on Thursday said Kuwaiti cadres would seek to benefit from China\'s expertise and experience with projects to do with airports, bridges, and recycling facilities.He told KUNA he looks forward to an Arab-Chinese forum which is to be organized by the Arab Towns Organization (ATO) aiming at exchange of expertise in these fields.Safar had earlier met with first vice chairman of the China-Arab friendship association and his accompanying delegation, visiting the country country upon invitation of the ATO.
