Kuwait envoy submits credentials to Egypt FM

Kuwaiti Ambassador Salem Gasab Al-Zamanan met with Egyptian Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmy on Saturday, during which he presented his credentials as Kuwait\'s Ambassador to Egypt. Speaking to KUNA, the Kuwaiti Ambassador said he had conveyed greetings of Kuwaiti Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah to the Egyptian Foreign Minister, wishing him everlasting health and wellness. He added that the meeting addressed a number of subjects and issues concerning joint interests, stressing at the same time deep-rooted and historic Kuwaiti-Egyptian ties. In addition, the Kuwaiti envoy pointed out Kuwait\'s aspiration towards making further efforts to strengthen the relationship between the two countries. Furthermore, Ambassador Al-Zamanan congratulated Minister Fahmy on the occasion of Egypt\'s celebration of the 40th Anniversary of 6th October Victory, wishing Egypt everlasting security, stability, and prosperity.
