
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Thursday flew to China to head the GCC delegation at the Third China-Strategic Dialogue due on Friday. The Minister's delegation includes the director of his office, Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah, the director of GCC affairs, Ambassador Nasser Haji Al-Muzayen, the ambassador to China, Mohammad Saleh Al-Thuwaikh, and other senior officials. Sheikh Sabah Khaled and the officials were seen off at Kuwait International Airport by the protocol director, Ambassador Dhari Al-Ajran, ministry officials, and the Chinese ambassador to Kuwait. The Third China-GCC Strategic Dialogue is due to be held in Beijing on January 17-18. Kuwait, which holds the rotating presidency of the GCC, is represented by Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
