
His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Wednesday sent a cable of congratulations to HH the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the successful just-ended Third Africa-Arab Summit. Following is the text of the message: "It's an honor to me to tender to Your Highness, on behalf of my bothers in the cabinet, sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the Third Africa-Arab Summit. "I'd like to seize this chance to express high esteem and appreciation for your chairmanship of this historic event which portrayed the civilized aspect of the State of Kuwait and her eminence worldwide. "Your keynote speech at the summit set forth great initiatives that materialize your noble humanitarian feelings towards the needs of the Arab and African peoples. "Your wisdom and great insight have had a great impact on the realization of the noble objectives of the summit as shown in the outcomes which will give impetus to the joint Afro-Arab action." HH the Premier concluded by expressing best wishes to HH the Amir and the Homeland. HH the Amir sent a reply message to HH the Premier to express appreciation for his sincere feelings
