Kuwait presents credentials to Azerbaijani president

Kuwait's ambassador to Azerbaijan Saud Abdulaziz Mohammad Al-Shamlan Al-Roumi has presented his credentials to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. The Kuwaiti ambassador told KUNA in a statement that he conveyed greetings from His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to the Azerbaijani President. Al-Roumi affirmed the keenness of HH Amir to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries and praised the two countries' cooperation within the framework of international organizations. For his part, The Azerbaijani President expressed his desire to enhance joint relations on a wider level than currently exsisting between the two countries. In return, Al-Roumi explained that there vast collaboration opportunities between the two countries to boost relations in a number of fields. Ambassdor Al-Roumi after the ceremony involving presenting his credentials laid a wreath of flowers at the memoria of the Azerbaijani leader Heydar Aliyev.
