
Kuwait has condemned the terrorist attack which targeted the Pakistani city of Lahore on Sunday killing 69 people and injuring nearly 120 others.
In a statement carried by the Kuwaiti News Agency, KUNA, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait has described the attack as "abhorrent" adding that the Kuwaiti government "Reaffirms full solidarity with the government of friendly Pakistan and supports all measure it might deem necessary to protect its security and stability."
"Kuwait renews its stance against terrorism in all its forms, manifestations, and justifications," the statement said.
The statement also expressed its condolences to the Pakistani people and government as well as the families of the victims, wishing those wounded a quick recovery.
