
Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah arrived here on Tuesday to preside over the Kuwaiti delegation taking part in the 128th session of the Ministerial Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The meeting, slated for later in the day, will discuss a number of files pertinent to the joint GCC action in various spheres and issues related to the strategic dialogues between the GCC states and international blocs. The deputy premier is accompanied by a delegation which includes Americas Department Director Ambassador Sheikh Ali Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and the Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Office Department Director Ambassador Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah. The delegation also includes the Kuwaiti Consul General in Jeddah Saleh Ali Al-Saqobi and a host of senior Foreign Ministry officials. The deputy premier was greeted upon arrival by a number of Saudi senior officials and Kuwaiti Embassy staffers.
