Kyrgyzstan\'s President Almazbek Atambayev on Thursday appointed Zhantoro Satybaldiyev as the new prime minister of the Central Asian country. According to the presidential press service, Atambayev also appointed the 19 members of the new government. The Kyrgyz parliament approved the candidacy of Satybaldiyev on Wednesday. An absolute majority of MPs also determined the structure, approved the program and members of the government, which is composed of 15 ministries and one committee. There will be two new deputy prime ministers and five ministers in the ministry of agriculture, foreign affairs, social development, finance, and energy. Until now, the 56-year-old new prime minister has served as head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan. Kyrgyzstan has a parliamentary form of government. Full executive power belongs to the Prime Minister of the Republic. Under the constitution, the president determines the foreign policy of Kyrgyzstan.
