Lavrov, Prince Al-Faisal discuss developments in Syria

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has hold a telephone conversation with his Saudi counterpart Prince Saud Al-Faisal during which he reaffirmed his country\'s call to end to violence in Syria and to initiate an inclusive political dialogue. Lavrov stresses need to coordinate efforts to implement the UN-Arab League envoy Kofi Annan peace plan for Syria, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement today. For his part, the Russian top diplomat briefed Lavrov on the outcomes of the Arab Ministerial Committee on Syrian Crisis\' meeting held in Doha, Qatar last night, according to the statement.
