Mauritanian resident meets French black associations delegation

Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz met today a visiting delegation of the Representative Council of France\'s Black Associations headed by Louis Georges Tin, Vice President of the Council. In a statement after the meeting, Louis expressed the Representative Council of France\'s Black Associations\' interest to share experiences with Mauritania in the fight against discrimination and slavery and ways to address their consequences. He pointed to the success of the authorities and non-governmental associations in Mauritania in developing programmes at this level, considering it as worthy to consult it and benefit from.
